Quotation & Supplier Evaluation
Request for Quote (RFQ): Pricing based on MOQ, material (SCM420H/20CrMnTiH), and precision grades.Credential Review: Evaluate ISO certifications, heat treatment, and grinding capabilities.

Sampling & Quality Validation
Trial Fitment: Sample testing for Tooth Contact, Backlash, and NVH levels.Technical Auditing: Review material reports, surface hardness (HRC 58-62), and MPI testing.

Contracting & Payment Terms
Formalizing Agreement: Sign the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract, detailing lead times, packaging standards, and warranty terms. Deposit Payment: Pay the initial deposit (typically 30%) to initiate the factory production schedule.

Production Monitoring & Quality Control (QC)

Production Process

Material Selection
We source premium SCM420H (20CrMnTiH) alloy steel, utilizing spectral analysis and ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee maximum fatigue resistance and superior hardenability from the start.

Sawing & Blanking
Our high-precision CNC band sawing ensures minimal tolerances and reduced waste, providing uniform steel billets to guarantee consistent quality throughout the subsequent forging process.

Forging
High-temperature die forging optimizes metal grain flow and creates a denser microstructure, enabling gears to handle massive torque loads for commercial and construction machinery.

Normalizing
Strictly controlled normalizing eliminates internal stresses and refines grain size, ensuring uniform hardness and an ideal foundation for high-precision, subsequent CNC machining.

Machining
Using Gleason CNC machines, we produce equidistant gears with 0.01mm tolerances. This ensures perfect meshing, significantly reducing NVH for smoother, quieter vehicle operations.

Heat Treatment
Deep-case carburizing creates a hard surface and tough core, ensuring superior wear resistance and impact absorption for a service life of 700,000-800,000 cycles.

Quality Inspection
