Production Process

Selecting the appropriate alloy steel (such as 20CrMnTi or 8620H) based on load conditions to ensure the gear core has sufficient toughness to absorb shock loads.

Material Selection

We source premium SCM420H (20CrMnTiH) alloy steel, utilizing spectral analysis and ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee maximum fatigue resistance and superior hardenability from the start.

Demonstrates the collaboration between robotic arms and CNC cutting equipment, reflecting the factory's transition toward Industry 4.0 and intelligent production.

Sawing & Blanking

Our high-precision CNC band sawing ensures minimal tolerances and reduced waste, providing uniform steel billets to guarantee consistent quality throughout the subsequent forging process.

Forging

High-temperature die forging optimizes metal grain flow and creates a denser microstructure, enabling gears to handle massive torque loads for commercial and construction machinery.

To eliminate coarse grains and non-uniform structures (such as banded structures) created during forging, ensuring a homogenous internal microstructure.

Normalizing

Strictly controlled normalizing eliminates internal stresses and refines grain size, ensuring uniform hardness and an ideal foundation for high-precision, subsequent CNC machining.

Demonstrates the precision cutting process of spiral bevel gears, showcasing the high-accuracy machining capabilities of CNC equipment.

Machining

Using Gleason CNC machines, we produce equidistant gears with 0.01mm tolerances. This ensures perfect meshing, significantly reducing NVH for smoother, quieter vehicle operations.

Through processes like carburizing and quenching, the gear surface achieves high hardness to resist friction and wear during long-term operation.

Heat Treatment

Deep-case carburizing creates a hard surface and tough core, ensuring superior wear resistance and impact absorption for a service life of 700,000-800,000 cycles.

Technical Support,Measuring basic dimensions such as length, width, height, hole diameter, and center-to-center distance.

Quality Inspection

Our Gear Measurement Center and Metallographic Lab audit profiles and microstructure, ensuring every unit meets rigorous OEM precision standards through advanced diagnostic testing.

The gear teeth have high precision. Proper packaging prevents collisions during handling, avoiding nicks, dents, or scratches on the tooth profiles.

Packaging & Logistics

With anti-rust treatment and reinforced export-grade packaging, we ensure "zero-damage" delivery across our global network, reaching customers in perfect, factory-new condition.
