Manufacturing Process

Material Selection
We source premium 20CrMnTiH5/8620 alloy steel, utilizing spectral analysis and ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee maximum fatigue resistance and superior hardenability from the start.

Sawing & Blanking

Forging

Normalizing

Machining
