Furthermore, each batch is accompanied by a detailed factory inspection report and ongoing technical support, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of performance parameters and absolute peace of mind.

What to Do If Gear Noise Is Excessive?

Excessive noise during gear operation will seriously affect equipment stability and the working environment, which requires troubleshooting and resolution from multiple perspectives. First, check the gear meshing clearance: excessive clearance tends to cause impact noise, while insufficient clearance will lead to friction-induced abnormal sound due to inadequate lubrication. The clearance should be adjusted to the reasonable range in accordance with technical standards. Second, confirm the lubrication condition: replace the lubricating oil with the appropriate grade in a timely manner to ensure oil film thickness and reduce direct contact wear on gear surfaces. “Meanwhile, inspect the gear installation accuracy. If problems such as non-parallel axes or excessive end runout occur, our technical support team recommends recalibrating the installation datum immediately. Additionally, gear surface damage—including wear and impact—can cause significant noise. In such cases, we provide comprehensive technical support to help you repair or replace damaged gears, eliminating noise hazards from the source.

Analysis of the Causes of Early Pitting Corrosion

Early pitting corrosion on gear surfaces is a common contact fatigue failure phenomenon, whose core inducing factors are closely related to contact stress and lubrication conditions. When contact stress on gear surfaces exceeds the material fatigue limit, microcracks can develop into pitting corrosion. If lubricating oil is insufficient or contaminated, an effective oil film fails to form, accelerating crack initiation. Additionally, manufacturing and installation errors—such as substandard tooth profile accuracy or meshing misalignment—induce local stress concentration. To prevent these early failures, our factory provides expert technical support to help customers optimize lubrication selection and ensure precise installation, maximizing the fatigue resistance of every gear surface.
